About the event

【The first series of activities in 2023】

【History of Bitterness in Macao Studies】

In the past half a year, everyone knows that Lion Mo Bookstore has been holding activities and sharing sessions, at least every week. The activities we hold generally have little publicity. We hope that in addition to sharing some historical knowledge or stories, we can also think about the different aspects of history and the relationship between history and society.

Therefore, in 2023, Lion Mo Bookstore will not stop holding activities! We are now launching this year's first sharing series "Distance from the Ivory Tower: From the Academy to the Civil Society", inviting speakers with different identities and roles to discuss the activities between the academy and the private sector in humanities research.

The first one is Jasper, the founder of "Macao Learning No. 16". Macau's history and culture have not received much attention. "Macao Learning No. 16" is dedicated to promoting everyone to know more about this city. But it is not an IG page, but a medium that has been closely linked with Macau studies scholars, in order to bring the highest level of Macau studies to the public. On the way to promote Macao studies, what experience does Jasper have to share, and what difficulties did he encounter that are worth learning from for those engaged in the promotion of Hong Kong history?

Opportunity is rare, enter linktree to sign up now!
